Utah Professional Archaeological Council 2018 Winter Meeting. These meetings are open to the public.

When: February 8-10, 2018 (check for updates on schedule, etc. at (www.upaconline.org)

Utah Museum of Fine Arts has a new exhibit - Go West! Art of the American Frontier from the Buffalo Bill Center of the West examines the development and disruption of the American West through more than eighty original artworks by Euro-American and Plains Indian artists. These celebrated artworks exemplify how newcomers mythologized their vision of the region and Native peoples sought to preserve their vanishing way of life. Visit - https://umfa.utah.edu/go-west
